Would you drive your car for 100,000 miles without changing the oil? Of course you would not.To keep your engine in good working order, you change the oil and do a tune up once and a while, right? Your automobile is a significant purchase and you want to maintain that investment.
Your carpet is the same way.

Many people don't realize how effective regular vacuuming can be. First, what is regular vacuuming? Every day in high traffic areas if possible but at least one or two times a week. This helps remove soil, pet hair, dust, pollen etc...before they are ground into the fibers of the carpet. This can improve the air quality in the room and the life of the carpet among other things.

Hey! I'm Zach Reets and I am one of the rug cleaning technicians here at Champion. I'm going to briefly explain how we clean area rugs.
Step 1: Remove as much of the dry soil as possible (i.e. pet hair, dirt, dust, pollen etc). We do this by thoroughly vaccuming the front and back of the rug.
